Exclusive Event Venue for Rent in Florence

Private historic building in Florence, still home to the family that has owned it for over 4 centuries and continues to look after it with particular attention and to offer it occasionally and temporarily only on request, in a very selective way and without advertising, precisely because it is a private house. In a sort of silent oasis in its own right in the immediate vicinity of the center of Florence, or even "within the ancient walls" of the Tuscan capital.

We deal exclusively with the temporary rental of spaces for events, having neither an internal catering nor any exclusive relationship with specific catering companies and / or other services. The choice of your preferred partners is therefore up to you, which we are sure will fall into the category that already knows the structure well, without prejudice to our full availability to send you contacts and to give you suggestions on the matter.

We have indoor environments both on the main floor, with a particularly large ballroom and several rooms adjacent to it, and on the ground floor, divided into up to 10 rooms all connected and well organized according to each individual event. We also offer outdoor spaces including a large rear garden, a lemon house and an internal courtyard with excellent acoustics, for evenings of music even after midnight. Everything is therefore configurable to best adapt to the actual needs of each individual event.

Choice of Spaces

We offer you indoor and outdoor environments for an aperitif, separated from the areas in which to hold your gala dinner, and then enjoy the after dinner with your guests in other environments. In the case of conferences, you can count on 5 well-equipped rooms.

In fact, you have at your disposal a multiplicity of alternatives, environments and options. You can choose to use only indoor spaces, or outdoor spaces, or a combination of both. You can prefer limited circuits, to accommodate only a few guests in an atmosphere of particular intimacy, as well as you can organize seated dinners for up to 200 guests in a single room.
