3.	To your benefit, we draw your attention that you shall undersign a good insurance protection against potential damages and any wrong doings that may occur during the period of venue hire and that are under your responsibility.
4.	We believe in maximum professionalism and upfront clarity of every aspect - even of contractual nature - as the best basis for highest satisfaction of all parties involved.
5.	As you well know, PXP is a private historical palace that enriches the Florentine architectural and cultural heritage. We are sure that you wish to help us preserve it and pass it untouched over to the next generations.
